摘要
目的:评估哈尔滨中东呼吸综合征(MERS)疫情发生的可能性,对可疑病例进行病原学检测。方法:采用风险矩阵法对哈尔滨市发生MERS疫情的可能性进行了风险评估,应用并联实验法对可疑病例开展病原学检测。结果:哈尔滨发生MERS疫情的风险分值为7,风险等级为高级;对10位韩国直飞哈尔滨的疑似病例进行检测,检测结果均为阴性。结论:开展疫情的风险评估并进行可疑病例的实验室病原学检验,对于监测和控制新发传染病具有重要意义。
Objective To assess the possibility of the outbreak of Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS)in Harbin,to detect the etiology of suspected cases.Methods Risk matrix method was used to assess the possibility of MERS outbreak in Harbin,and the etiological test of suspected cases was carried out with parallel experiments method.Results The risk score of the MERS outbreak in Harbin was 7,and the risk level was high-ranking;10 suspected cases who took direct flight from the Republic of Korea to Harbin were tested negative.Conclusions It is of great significance to monitor and control new infectious diseases by carrying out the risk assessment of MERS and laboratory etiological examination of suspected cases.
