摘要
本文在中国积极推动"一带一路"倡议的背景下,研究了2012-2016年东盟TBT/SPS通报情况及特点,在此基础上,从政府、行业、企业3个层面分别提出了中国跨越东盟技术性贸易措施的对策,以期促进中国对东盟的出口,实现中国与东盟贸易畅通,推动"一带一路"倡议的顺利实施。
Under the background of China＇s promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, this paper studies the situation and characteristics of the TBT and SPS notifications of ASEAN from 2012 to 2016. On the basis of this, it puts forward countermeasure for China to cross ASEAN＇s technical trade measure from the three levels of government, industry and enterprise, which is expected to move forward China＇s export to ASEAN, and realize the unimpeded trade between China and ASEAN, and promote the smooth implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.
