摘要
目前,国内雷击灾害风险评估规范中缺乏由采用的防护措施决定的因子KMS所决定的未采取SPD保护情况下,雷击建筑物附近造成内部系统故障的概率PMS的计算方法。为了明确KMS和PMS的计算方法,本文依照GB/T21714.2-2008/IEC 62305-2:2006《雷电防护第2部分:风险管理》和IEC 62305.2:Protection against lightning-part2:Risk management两个不同版本的雷击灾害风险评估标准,对PMS的计算方法进行分析,总结出新旧标准中PMS的计算方法并对二者进行差异对比。
At present, domestic regulations on lightning disaster risk assessment lack clear calculation methods of PMS, the probability of internal system failure near the lightened building, caused by KMS, the factor determined by adopted protective measures, without the protection of SPD. To make clear the calculation methods of KMS and PMS, this paper analyzes the calculation methods of PMS according to the two different standards on lightning risk assessment, such as GB/T 21714.2-2008/IEC 62305-2:2006, Protection against lightning - part 2: Risk management, summarizes and compares the calculation methods of PMS in the two standards.
