摘要
本文为作者在承担《云南省企业质量信用档案管理系统》构建过程中的思考,系统主要依据国家质检总局《关于加快建立重点产品生产企业质量信用档案的通知》(质检办质函[2011]1306号)[1]的要求,并结合云南省的实际情况,在满足国家要求的前提下,增加部分云南本地需求。
Based on the thoughts in the process of building the enterprise quality credit archives management system in Yunnan, this paper mainly follows the requirements of AQSIQ on the notification of accelerating the establishment of quality credit archives in key product manufacturing enterprises （quality letter of Quality Inspection Office [2011] No.1306）,increases the local demand in Yunnan on the premise of meeting the national requirements, combined with the actual situation of Yunnan province.
