促进大额现金规范化管理的分析与研究——基于浙江省的调查

Analysis and Consideration of Current Large Cash Management——A survey Based on Zhejiang

本文结合企业和个人大额现金调查情况,对浙江省大额现金管理的现状与存在的问题进行了剖析,得出企业应重点关注制造业和大宗商品行业、个人应重点关注贸易服务业人群30万元及以上金额收支的结论,同时根据调研结论提出现有制度下可从建立大额现金管理制度、加强对商业银行监管等方面开展大额现金管理,并通过修订现金管理办法、建立大额现金收费制度和管理协作机制等手段逐步构建大额现金管理长效机制。

This paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of large cash management in Zhejiang Province,based on the large cash survey of enterprises and individuals.It is concluded that the large cash management of the enterprise and individual should focus on the amount of cash receipts of 300 thousand yuan or above,such as manufacturing industry,real estate and automobile industry and other commodity industries and commercial services,trade groups.Based on the research conclusions,then this paper suggests that large cash management can be carried out by establishing a large cash management system and strengthening the supervision of commercial banks.On the other hand,we can gradually build a long-term mechanism of large cash management by revising cash management measures,establishing cash charging system,and establishing large cash management cooperation mechanism.
