美国的持枪权单从法律层面来看似乎是一种普遍的权利,但是这种权利却要通过市场手段来实现,需要一定的经济基础。这样就在无形中将底层民众拒之门外,所谓的普遍权利也就异化为阶级特权。而从历史来看,自由主义声称持枪权是一种天赋人权,并且能帮助人民抵抗暴政的说法,也是站不住脚的。现在,中国政府出于社会稳定的考量,采取的禁枪政策利国利民。一切要求开放枪禁的声音都是值得警惕的,我们的禁枪政策必须长久坚持下去。

The right to keep and bear arms in the United States seems to be an universal right according to the law. However,this right can only be exercised through the market, which means you need to be financially affordable. Therefore,the least well off is deprived of this right imperceptibly, and the so called universal right becomes a class privilege. In running over the pages of history,claims made by libertarian that the right to keep and bear arms is one of the God-given rights and it could empower people to resist tyranny are also ill-founded. At the present time, the prohibition of arms released by Chinese government out of social stability is beneficial to our people and country. We must remain vigilant for all those appeals calling for lifting the ban and maintain our policies for a long time.
