摘要
小学阶段是为人生打基础的阶段,因而小学教师的职前培养是为培养优质师资打基础的关键阶段。本文通过回顾国内外小学教师培养的发展历程与现状、特点,进一步厘清我国小学教育专业的定位,明确该专业的应用性、综合性、整体性的基本属性,建议采取2+X+1+1的模块规划小学教育专业课程,在全科基本模式基础上结合地域和学校特点有所创新,以期为现行的卓越教师培养计划提供建议咨询。
Primary schooling is the foundation of human being's whole life,while the training of primary school pre-service teachers is the significant stage for training high quality teachers. This paper tried to clarify the orientation of the primary education major and its situation and the characteristic by reviewing the training program from both China's Mainland and abroad. This would be helped to identify the major's basic attributes on its application, comprehensiveness and integrity. The "2+X+ lq-1" module was suggested to be taken when designing curriculum. Based on the whole subject model, the program might be innovated due to their school or regional characteristics. Those suggestions were made in order to provide advice for improving the current excellent teacher training program.
