河南省FDI的创新响应强度市际差异研究

The Intercity Differences Study on Innovation Response Intensity of FDI in Henan Province

以河南省18个地级市为基本研究单元,利用1998-2015年外商直接投资(FDI)额和专利授权量数据,运用面板单位根检验、面板协整检验、面板回归、聚类分析、探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)与响应强度指数等方法,对河南省各地市FDI的创新响应强度进行空间分异研究.研究发现:1)FDI的流入对创新能力水平提高有积极的影响,FDI每增加0.616%可以带动当地专利创新提升1%;2)1998-2015年,郑州市和洛阳市专利授权数总量和利用外商投资额总量均处于高和较高水平;3)1998-2015年,河南省67%的地市专利授权数总量和外商直接投资额总量处于低水平,说明河南省创新能力和吸引外资方面仍需不断加强;4)郑州市和南阳市是强响应型,新乡、焦作、漯河和驻马店为较强响应型,商丘市、平顶山市、许昌市处于一般水平,其他9个地市为弱响应型,河南省FDI创新响应强度的影响受到创新能力发展势头与FDI增速的影响.

Eighteen cities of Henan province were selected as the basic research units.Using data of FDI and patent authorization numbers from 1998 to 2015,and the methods of panel unit root test,panel cointegration test,panel regression,clustering analysis,ESDA and response intensity index,the spatial difference of innovation response intensity of FDI in the cities of Henan province was studied.The results showed that the inflow of FDI had a positive influence on the improvement of innovation capability level,and FDI increase by 0.616% could drive local patent innovation improvement by 1%.The total numbers of patent authorization and FDI in Zhengzhou and Luoyang cities were both at high and higher levels from 1998 to 2015.FDI and patent authorization numbers of 67% of the cities in Henan province were at low levels,indicating that the innovation capacity and attracting foreign capital in Henan province still needed to be strengthened.The type of Zhengzhou and Nanyang cities was strongly responsive;Xinxiang,Jiaozuo,Luohe and Zhumadian cities were more strongly responsive;Shangqiu,Pingdingshan,and Xuchang cities were at general levels.The other nine cities were weakly responsive.The innovation response intensity of FDIwas influenced by innovation development momentum and the growth of FDI in Henan province.
