摘要
针对DPZ-440型配砟整形车发生的B类事故,从设计制造源头着手,对质量问题进行全面分析,找出空挡锁定不唯一等六方面具体原因,进而从技术和运用2个层面提出有效的对策措施,并逐步对全路配砟整形车实施改造和改进效果验证,从而确保配砟整形车的运用安全。
Aiming at the Class-B accident happened to DPZ-440 ballast regulator, the paper starts from design and manufacture, makes comprehensive analysis of the quality issues, and finds out six specific reasons including non-uniqueness neutral lock. The paper puts forward effective measures from the respects of technology and application and carries out verification for overall ballast regulators in order to ensure their operation safety.
