摘要
在调研分析高速铁路无砟轨道用隔离层类型及技术要求基础上,针对三元乙丙橡胶隔离层开展室内试验研究,并提出了主要技术指标。现场跟踪观测及试验数据分析表明:采用三元乙丙橡胶隔离层时,复合轨道板周围吸水现象不明显,CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道结构动力性能与采用4mm土工布时基本相当。该研究为三元乙丙橡胶隔离层在寒冷或严寒地区进行工程化应用,提供了良好的技术支撑。
Based on the research and analysis of isolation layer used in ballastless track of high-speed railway in terms of type and technical requirements, this paper carried out indoor experiment and research on EPDM isolation layer and proposed the main technical indicators. On-site tracking observation and experimental data analysis show that the water absorption around the composite slab is not obvious when EPDM isolation layer is applied. The dynamic performance of CRTS Ⅲ-type slab ballastless track is almost the same as that of 4mm geotextile. The research provided good technical support for the engineering application of EPDM isolation layer in cold or severe cold regions.
