摘要
为了比较分析代代花等10种药用植物(以花为药用部位)水提液中抗氧化能力及考察煎煮时间对其抗氧化物质含量和抗氧化活性的影响,采用福林酚(Folin-Ciocalteu)法和Na NO2-Al Cl3-Na OH法分别测定水提液中总多酚[以没食子酸(GAE)含量表示]和总黄酮[以芦丁(QE)含量表示]的含量,以1,1-二苯基-2-苦基苯肼(DPPH)法、还原力和抗脂质过氧化物法测定其抗氧化活性(以维生素C含量表示)。结果表明:在所测试的10种药用植物中,煎煮30 min的西红花水提液总多酚含量和金银花水提液总黄酮含量最高,其值分别为(321.59±1.83)mg/g和(755.90±11.14)mg/g;煎煮60 min的玫瑰花水提液还原力最大[(536.35±6.75)μmol/g];煎煮90 min的金银花水提液DPPH自由基清除能力和山银花水提液脂质过氧化抑制能力最高,其值分别为(470.88±1.98)μmol/g和(270.68±5.20)μmol/g。说明煎煮时间对以花为药用部位的药用植物水提液中总多酚、总黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性均有一定的影响。
The aim of the present study was to compare the antioxidant activity in vitro of ten medical plants(flowers were used as medicinal parts) including Citrus aurantium L. and study the effect of decoction time on their antioxidant content and antioxidant capacity. The total phenolic [it is indicated by the content of gallic acid(GAE) ]and flavonoid content [it is indicated by the content of rutin(QE) ]were measured by Folin-Ciocalteu and Na NO2-Al Cl3-Na OH methods. The antioxidant activity(it is indicated by the content of vitamin C) was analyzed by DPPH,reducing power and inhibition of lipid peroxidation method,respectively. The results showed the aqueous extract of Crocus sativus L. and Lonicera japonica Thunb,which were decocted for thirty minutes,had highest total phenolic and flavonoid content value of(321. 59 ±1. 83) mg/g and(755. 90±11. 14) mg/g,respectively. Rosa rugose decocted for sixty minutes had the highest of reducing power [(536. 35±6. 75) μmol/g]. The aqueous extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb and Lonicera hypoglauca that were decocted for ninety minutes had highest DPPH free radical scavenging and lipid peroxidation inhibitory ability,which were(470. 88±1. 98) μmol/g and(270. 68±5. 20) μmol/g,respectively. The results indicated that total phenolic and flavonoid contents,and antioxidant capacities of aqueous extract of the medical plants,whose flowers are used as medicinal parts,could be affected by decocting time.
