摘要
为了研究银蓝色水貂、红眼白水貂、米黄色水貂的生长发育规律,试验利用Logistic和Gompertz两种模型对体重数据进行拟合分析。结果表明:银蓝色水貂、红眼白水貂、米黄色水貂公貂初生重差异不显著(P〉0.05);45日龄银蓝色水貂、红眼白水貂公貂的体重与米黄色水貂相比差异显著(P〈0.05);90~150日龄银蓝色水貂公貂体重显著大于红眼白水貂和米黄色水貂(P〈0.05),但红眼白水貂和米黄色水貂之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。银蓝色水貂、红眼白水貂、米黄色水貂母貂初生重差异不显著(P〉0.05),45日龄银蓝色水貂、红眼白水貂母貂的体重与米黄色水貂相比差异显著(P〈0.05),90~150日龄银蓝色水貂母貂体重显著大于红眼白水貂和米黄色水貂(P〈0.05)。两种生长曲线模型对三个品种均能较好地拟合(R2〉0.99),其中Gompertz模型的拟合度效果最佳。
The aim of the present study was to reveal the growth and development rules of sliver blue mink,regal white mink and palomino mink.Fitting analysis of the body weight data was performed by using two kinds of nonlinear models(Logistic and Gompertz). The results showed that there was no significant difference in birth weight among the male silver blue mink,regal white mink and palomino mink(P〉0.05). The body weight of 45 days old male silver blue mink and regal white mink was significantly different from that of palomino mink(P〈0.05).The body weight of 90-150 days old male silver blue mink was significantly higher than that of regal white mink and palomino mink(P〈0.05).But there was no significant difference between male regal white mink and palomino mink(P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in birth weight among the female silver blue mink,regal white mink and palomino mink(P〈0.05).The body weight of 45 days old female silver blue mink and regal white mink was significantly different from that of palomino mink(P〈0.05).The body weight of 90-150 days old female silver blue mink was significantly higher than that of regal white mink and palomino mink(P〈0.05).The results indicated that the growth curves of the three kinds of minks were appropriately fitted with two models(R^2〉0.99),but the effect of Gompertz model was the best on fitting with the growth curves.
