摘要
为了保存富钟水牛的遗传物质,试验选择10头富钟水牛,分为对照组(不经过激素处理直接活体采卵)、孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)组(采卵前4 d肌肉注射PMSG 1 500 IU/头,每天1次)、促卵泡素(FSH)组(采卵前4天开始肌肉注射FSH,共2 d,每天2次,每次1.25 mg/头)。结果表明:对照组与PMSG组、FSH组相比,平均每头回收卵母细胞数差异不显著(P〉0.05),但可用率、平均每头可用卵母细胞数差异显著(P〈0.05);PMSG组可用率、平均每头可用卵母细胞数与FSH组相比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。对照组最后15批次母牛的回收卵母细胞总数、可用卵母细胞数、平均每头回收卵母细胞数、平均每头可用卵母细胞数均呈下降趋势。
In order to preserve the genetic material of Fuzhong buffalo,10 Fuzhong buffaloes were selected and divided into three groups: control group(without hormone treatment),PMSG group(each buffalo was injected intramuscularly with 1 500 IU PMSG in four days before oocyte collection,once a day) and FSH group(FSH intramuscular injection of buffalo began on the 4 th day before oocyte collection. Each buffalo was injected with 1. 25 mg for 2 days,twice a day). The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average number of oocytes recovered from each buffalo between control group and other groups(P〉0. 05). However,the available rate and average number of usable oocytes recovered from each buffalo was significantly different between control group and other groups(P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the available rate and average number of oocytes recovered from each buffalo between PMSG and FSH group(P〉0. 05). The total number of oocytes recovered,the number of usable oocytes,average number of oocytes recovered from each buffalo and average number of available oocytes recovered from each buffalo decreased progressively in the last 15 batches cows of the control group.
