体质辨识-健康教育综合干预纠正中山市西区老年居民偏颇体质

Physical Identification-health Education and Comprehensive Intervention, Correcting the Biased Constitution of the Elderly in the Western District of Zhongshan

[目的]观察体质辨识-健康教育综合干预纠正中山市西区老年居民偏颇体质效果。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,问卷调查中山市西区6097例老年居民,辨识体质类型,体质调理指导,开展健康教育,普及中医养生知识,倡导健康生活方式。观测体质辨识指标、不良反应。连续综合干预2年,判定效果。[结果]基线资料调查:偏颇体质人数高于平和质(P<0.05),偏颇体质兼夹多样性;中老年人群患慢性病几率较高,以偏颇体质、兼夹体质、虚性体质为主体。综合干预2年后,阴虚、瘀血质和特禀质体质人数无显著变化(P>0.05),平和质比例明显增多,阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、气郁质比例明显低减少(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]体质辨识干预对纠正中山市西区老年居民偏颇体质具有显著效果,但受体质形成等因素影响,需进行较长时间干预。

[[Objective] To observe the effect of physique identification health education comprehensive intervention on correcting the biased physical fitness of the elderly in western district of Zhongshan. [Methods] Using a prospective design method, a questionnaire was used to investigate 6097 elderly residents in the west district of Zhongshan, to identify the types of physique, to guide the physical conditioning, to carry out health education, to popularize the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and to advocate a healthy lifestyle. The indexes of physique identification and adverse reactions were observed. Continuous comprehensive intervention for 2 years to determine the effect. [Results] The survey of baseline data： the number of biased physique is higher than that of the flat mass（P〈0.05）, the partial constitution and the diversity, and the high risk of chronic disease in the middle aged and the aged people, with the main body of the biased constitution, the concurrently pinch constitution and the virtual constitution. After 2 years of comprehensive intervention, there was no significant change in the number of yin deficiency, blood stasis and special quality（P〉0.05）, and the proportion of flat and quality was significantly increased. The proportion of Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency, phlegm wet quality, damp heat and Qi stagnation decreased significantly（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Physical identification intervention has a significant effect on correcting the western district of Zhongshanelderly residents＇ biased constitution, but it needs to be intervened for a long time by the factors such as physical constitution.
