中药复方抗肿瘤血管生成研究简况 被引量:13

摘要 肿瘤生长和转移依赖于肿瘤血管形成,病机可归纳为"虚、毒、痰、瘀",治疗有扶正培本、活血化瘀、软坚散结、化痰祛湿、清热解毒等。中药复方可抑制血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),阻断血管内皮细胞迁移、增殖和肿瘤血管生成;抑制血管内皮细胞的生成或促其凋亡;抑制血管外基质降解,目前研究比较明确的是抑制基质金属蛋白酶家族、参麦注射液、平调饮、肺岩宁方、扶正抗癌汤等;其他小柴胡汤等。尚缺乏从微观辨证角度认识中药复方与血管生成关系研究;期望临床实践与实验室研究紧密结合,宏观辨证基础上筛选更有效的中药复方,微观角度验证,丰富中医药族,如基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2);提高内源性或外源性血管生成抑制因子浓度;抑制促血管生成因子的细胞表面受体等。常见中药复方活血化瘀类有瘀毒清、艾迪注射液、桃红四物汤、血府逐瘀汤等;软坚散结类,改良莪术汤、鳖甲煎丸、乌三颗粒、消痰散结方、清热解毒类方、六神丸、清香散等;益气扶正类,参七汤抗肿瘤血管生成的理论内涵。 Tumor growth and metastasis depend on tumor angiogenesis, and the pathogenesis can be summarized as "deficiency, toxicity, delirium, and phlegm". The treatment consists of righting support, promoting blood circulation, removing phlegm, dissolving dampness, clearing heat and detoxifying. Traditional Chinese medicine compound can inhibit vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), block vascular endothelial cell migration, proliferation and tumor angiogenesis; inhibit the formation of vascular endothelial cells or promote its apoptosis; inhibit the degradation of extravascular matrix, the current study is more clearly inhibited matrix metalloproteinases, Shenmai injection, Pingtaiyin, Feiningfang, Fuzheng Kangtang decoction, Xiaochaihu decoction etc. There is still a lack of understanding of the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine compound and angiogenesis from the perspective of microscopic differentiation; it is expected that clinical practice and laboratory research will be closely combined, and more effective traditional Chinese medicine compounds will be screened on the basis of macroscopic syndrome differentiation, and microscopically verified to enrich the Chinese medicine family, such as matrix metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2); increase the concentration of endogenous or exogenous angiogenesis inhibitors; inhibit cell-surface receptors that promote angiogenic factors. Common traditional Chinese medicines for compounding blood circulation and removing blood stasis include Qiduqing, Aidi injection, Taohong Siwu Tang, Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, etc. Ruanjian Sanjie decoction, Modified Zhizhu decoction, Biejiajianwan, Wusan granules, Xiaoyu Sanjiefang, Qingrejiedufang, Liushenwan, Qingxiangsan, Shenqitang etc. To anti-tumor angiogenesis theoretical connotation.
