C.I.酸性黑210清洁生产工艺研究

摘要 对硝基苯胺经重氮化后,在酸性条件下与H酸偶合,合成一次偶合物;4,4'-二氨基苯磺酰替苯胺(DASA)重氮化后,在碱性条件下分别与上述一次偶合物和间苯二胺偶合,得到染料C.I.酸性黑210。通过试验,确定了反应物料的最佳质量配比和关键细节的控制,提高产品收率和质量,实现清洁生产,减污增效。 After diazotization of the p-nitroaniline followed by the coupling with the H-acid under the acidic condition, the conjugate was prepared. Then the above conjugate and M-phenylenediamine were respectively coupled with the diazotized 4,4'-diaminobenzenesulphanilide under the alkaline condition, the C.I. Acid Black 210 was obtained. The optimum ratio of the dye reactants and the key control points were confirmed by tests. At last, the yield and the quality of the products were improved, the green production as well as the pollutant reduction and efficiency were realized.
