胸痛中心规范化建设下护理团队在STEMI救治中的作用研究进展

Research progress of effects of nursing team in STEMI treatment under the standardization of chest pain center

胸痛中心是以区域协同救治体系建设为核心,建立针对急性胸痛尤其是急性心肌梗死患者的快速救治通道.胸痛中心建设需不同学科包括护理团队的积极配合才能使高危胸痛尤其是ST段抬高型心肌梗死（ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, STEMI）患者得到及时的救治.本文综述了我国胸痛中心规范化建设下护理团队在STEMI救治中的作用,包括急诊护理团队在STEMI的快速分诊及术前准备、导管室护理团队密切的术中配合、心脏监护病房（cardiac care unit,CCU）及病房护理团队在术后监护和健康教育及出院后随访、术后康复等方面均发挥重要的作用,以期为下一步研究方向提供参考.

Based on the construction of regional cooperative rescue system, chest pain center establishes a rapid treatment channel for acute chest pain especially acute myocardial infarction patients. The construction of chest pain center needs different disciplines, including nursing teams, to actively cooperate, so as to provide timely treatment for high risk chest pain especially ST-segment elevation myocardial （STEMI） patients. This paper reviewed the role of nursing teams in STEMI therapy under standardized construction of chest pain center in China, including their rapid triage and preoperative preparation in emergency room, close intraoperative coordination in the catheter room, postoperative monitoring in the cardiac care unit （CCU） and ward, health education follow up after discharge and early rehabilitation, hoping to provide reference for further research direction.
