优化气管插管固定方式预防非计划性拔管的研究进展

气管插管固定不良可导致非计划性拔管发生,引起支气管痉挛、吸入性肺炎等并发症,加重患者病情,威胁其生命.然而过度固定不仅不能提高这一操作的安全性,还易引发面部压疮,降低患者舒适度,影响患者及家属满意度.本文将就目前临床所采用的气管插管固定方式及其改良情况具体介绍,以期为临床护士提供参考.

Poor fix trachea cannula can lead to unplanned extubation, and then it can cause bronchial spasm, aspiration pneumonia and other complications, so as to aggravate patients＇ condition and threaten patients＇ lives. However, excessive fixing not only can not improve the safety of this operation, but also can easily lead to pressure sores in the face, reduce patients＇ comfort and affect satisfaction of patients and their family members. This paper detailedly introduced the current trachea intubatton fixed forms applied in clinic and their improvements, so as to provide a basis for clinical nurses.
