摘要
神华集团和国电集团重组整合成国家能源投资集团是2017年煤电领域关注度非常高的央企整合案例。介绍两家企业重组整合的宏观背景以及推动方式、管控方式、发展方式方面的特点,探讨了重组整合对煤电联营、行业"去产能"、煤炭企业跨界发展和培育新兴产业的意义,从整合主体、转型发展和技术进步方面对煤电企业进一步重组整合提出了建议。
The reorganization and integration of Shenhua Group and China Guodian Corporation into the National Energy Investment Group is a case of integration of central enterprises with very high attention in the field of coal and electricity in 2017.This paper introduces the macro background of the reorganization and integration of the two enterprises,as well as the characteristics of the way of promotion,control and development. And discusses the significance of reorganization and integration for coal and electricity joint ventures,"de-capacity",cross-border development of coal companies and the cultivation of new industries. Suggestions on further reorganization and integration of coal and electricity enterprises are proposed from the aspects of integration subjects,transformation development and technological progress.
