摘要 随着新技术、新材料应用的增多,在直升机工业发展过程中,人们不再只注重装备的效能,也越来越重视其经济可承受性。直升机总体方案的评估和决策是直升机研制过程中的关键环节,本文考虑将经济可承受性作为关键评价指标之一,构建直升机总体方案的评价指标体系,并对各指标进行说明分解,同时给出了各指标的确定方法。在构建的评价指标体系基础上,提出用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,用三角模糊数对定性语言描述进行定量化处理,在逼近理想解排序方法(TOPSIS)框架下构建直升机总体设计方案评估模型。最后本文给出了算例分析,验证了评价指标体系和评估模型的有效性。 With the application of new technology and new materials in the process of helicopter industry development, people no longer only focus on the effectiveness of equipment, but also pay more and more attention to its economic affordability. The evaluation and decision-making of the helicopter' s overall scheme has been the key link in the process. This paper took the affordability as one of the first-level evaluation indexes, establish the evaluation index system of the helicopter, and explains the indexes. What' s more, methods of determining the indicators were also given. On the basis of the evaluation index system, this paper put forward the method of determining the weight of the index by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) , quantifying the qualitative language description with the triangular fuzzy number, and evaluating the conceptual design of the helicopter under the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSlS) framework. Finally, an example was given to validate the effectiveness of the evaluation index system and the evaluation model.
