摘要
通过手持X射线荧光光谱法与化学分析容量法的对比研究,显示手持X射线荧光分析仪具有较好的准确性。该仪器可用于铜品位<3%,锌品位<8%的样品分析,在日常工作中使用手持X射线荧光光谱法测量样品是一种快捷、简便、经济和有效的工作方法。
By means of comparative study of handheld X-ray fluorescent spectrometric analysis and chemical volumetric analysis methods,found that the handheld X-ray fluorescent spectrometry analyser has better stability,consistency and reliability. Because of the X-ray instrument can be used for analyzing the samples with copper grade 〈3% and zinc grade 〈8%.,so it is a rapid,simple,economic and effective method to use the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to analyze samples during daily work.
