摘要
主要介绍SIAS表面检测系统的组成、自动检测工作原理、缺陷识别、特征分析、缺陷分类器和应用效果以及表面检测在信息化系统中的应用。该表面系统协助缺陷全流程跟踪和表面缺陷攻关,防止了严重度高的缺陷产品流向用户,既提高了用户服务水平,又降低了劳动强度、质量损失。
The article mainly introduces the composition, working principle, defect identification, feature analysis, defect classifier, application effect of SIAS surface detection system and the application of the surface detection in the information system construction. The surface detection system assists the defects tracking in the whole process and surface defects prevention, prevents the products with high defects from flowing into the customers. It does not only improve the service level of users, but also reduce the labor intensity and the mass loss.
