森林草莓bZIP转录因子全基因组鉴定及在花药中的表达分析 被引量:2

摘要 碱性亮氨酸拉链(basic leucine zipper,bZIP)转录因子主要参与植物的生长发育及响应生物和非生物胁迫应答等过程。通过草莓基因组数据库,鉴定分析森林草莓bZIP转录因子家族,并对该家族成员的蛋白质特征、基因组分布、以及基因表达进行分析。结果表明,森林草莓中至少存在52个bZIP基因家族成员,不均地分布在7条染色体上。根据蛋白质模体组成与蛋白质序列的分析将整个家族分为10个亚类。44个基因家族成员以4种表达模式参与雄蕊器官发育进程。研究结果表明,森林草莓bZIP基因家族结构高度保守,并参与花器官发育过程。试验结果将为在草莓中进一步研究该基因家族成员功能提供参考。 Basic leucine zipper(bZIP) transcription factors mainly participate in the development of plant and the response to biotic and abiotic stress. Based on genome database of strawberry, we identified the members of bZIP transcription factor family in woodland strawberry(Fragaria vesca), and analyzed the protein properties, genome locations, and gene expression of these family members. Results showed that there were at least 52 members of bZIP gene family in woodland strawberry, which were localized on 7 chromosomes unevenly. Gene family members were divided into 10 groups according to the protein motif and protein sequence analysis. 44 genes participated in anther development process in 4 expression patterns. These results suggested that FvbZIP gene family was highly and structurally conserved, which was involve in the development of floral organ. This result might provide useful information for further function analysis of bZIP gene members in strawberry.
