摘要
本研究以矾根的幼嫩叶片为外植体,对其进行组培快繁和规模化生产研究,建立了矾根叶片离体快繁体系,并进行工厂化生产技术研究。试验结果表明:最佳芽诱导培养基为MS添加BAA 2.0 mg/L+NAA0.10 mg/L;最佳增殖壮苗培养基为MS添加BAA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS添加NAA 0.10 mg/L,所获得的组培苗驯化移栽一个月后成活率可达90%以上。
In this study, the young leaves of Heuchera micrantha were used as explants. The tissue culture, rapid propagation and large scale production of it were carried out. Then, the in vitro rapid propagation system was established and the technique for industrial production was investigated. The results showed that MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L was the optimal bud induction medium, MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L was the optimal medium for proliferation of seedling, and 1/2 MS +NAA 0.10 mg/L was the optimal root induction medium. The survival rate of plantlets obtained after domestication and transplanting for one month was over 90%.
