摘要 为系统阐述大麻的纤维产量与大麻的多项农艺性状以及生育期之间存在的相关性,本研究采用回归分析,并结合聚类分析和主成分分析方法,来研究大麻的遗传多样性,揭示大麻资源变异与环境因素互作的内在规律。结果显示,大麻资源的遗传分布整体上与地理位置相关,其干茎产量是由原茎产量和脱水率决定的,也受栽培条件所影响。本研究将分子标记和细胞学标记的生物学试验结果相结合,能系统全面地剖析大麻资源的遗传多样性。研究结果可为品种引进、杂交育种、种质资源保护,优异大麻新品种选育及配套田间栽培技术研究提供理论依据及指导。 In order to systematically explain the correlation between the fiber yield of hemp and a number of agronomic traits and growth period of hemp, the genetic diversity of hemp was studied by regression analysis,combined with cluster analysis and principal component analysis, and the internal rules of the interaction of hemp resources and environmental factors were revealed. The results showed that genetic distribution of hemp resources was geographically related, and its dry stem yield was decided by raw stem yield, dehydration rate and cultivation factors. In this study, molecular markers and cytological markers were combined to systematically analyze the genetic diversity of hemp resources. The results could provide theoretical basis and guidance for variety introduction,hybrid breeding, protection of germplasm resources, selection of new varieties of excellent hemp and research on field cultivation techniques.
