贵州火龙果丛枝菌根与土壤因子的相关性研究 被引量:6

Study on the Correlation Between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi of Hyloeereus undatus Britt and Soil Factors in Guizhou Province

摘要 火龙果(Hyloeereus undatus Britt)是一种多功能型植物,在贵州大面积种植。为探明火龙果丛枝菌根根系侵染特性与土壤因子的相关性,于2016年7月,在贵州省镇宁、罗甸、关岭、册亨四个地区按10~20 cm、20~30 cm两个土层进行根系采样,共分离鉴定出AM(Arbuscular mycorrhizal)真菌4属79种。结果表明:不同地区AM真菌的种类组成及孢子密度存在差异,AM真菌能与火龙果根系共生形成疆南星型丛枝菌根;其多样性与土壤环境密切相关,AM真菌侵染率与全磷呈显著负相关,孢子密度与有机质、水解氮、全氮呈显著正相关,真菌多样性指数与有机质呈显著负相关。 Hyloeereus undatus Britt is a multifunctional plant which has large-scale plant in Guizhou province. In order to find out the correlations between the infection characteristics of arbuscular mycorrhiza in H. undatus roots and soil factors, we got the root sampling of 10-20 cm and 20-30 cm soil layers in four areas of Zhenning,Luodian, Guanling and Zhengheng in Guizhou province in July, 2016. 79 AM fungi species were isolated from soil, which belonged to 4 genus. The results showed that there were differences in the species composition and spore density of AM fungi in different areas. AM fungi could coexist with pitaya roots to form Arum-type arbuscular mycorrhiza. Its diversity was closely related with soil environment. AM fungi infection rate was significantly negatively correlated with total phosphorus. However, the spore density was positively correlated with organic matter, hydrolyzed nitrogen and total nitrogen. While the diversity index of fungi was negatively correlated with organic matter.
