摘要
随着视频监控系统技术的发展以及铁路各业务部门需求的发展变化,铁路综合视频监控系统技术规范在系统设计、产品制造、运行维护、验收测试、互联互通等多方面不断完善优化,以提高铁路综合视频监控系统的整体性能,并保障系统可开发性,为日后的视频智能化打下良好基础。重点针对系统结构、系统功能、系统性能、系统接口、设备性能、网络安全等方面进行论述。
With the development of video monitoring system technology and the change of needs of various railway departments, the technical specifications for the integrated railway video monitoring system have been continuously improved and optimized in system design, product manufacturing, operation and maintenance, acceptance and testing, interoperability and other aspects, to improve the overall performance of the integrated railway video monitoring system, ensure the expansibility of the system, and lay a good foundation for the development of video intelligence in the future. This paper focuses on system architecture, system functions, system performance, system interfaces, device performance, network security and other aspects.
