锌缺乏对AD小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响

摘要 目的探讨锌缺乏对AD小鼠学习记忆的调节作用。方法将C57BL/6小鼠随机分为4组:CON组、AD组、L-AD组。双侧海马内一次性注射凝聚态Aβ1-42制作AD小鼠模型。3组小鼠分别灌胃给药干预;采用Morris水迷宫法检测各组小鼠学习记忆的变化。结果锌缺乏可显著降低AD小鼠的学习记忆力。结论锌缺乏可以显著降低AD小鼠的学习记忆能力。其作用机制可能与降低体内锌离子水平有关。 Objective To investigate the influence of zinc deficiency of learning and memory in AD mice. Methods C57 BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups: CON group,AD group,L-AD group,AD mouse models were prepared by making a one-time injection of condensed Aβ1-42. Three groups of mice were administered respectively by gavage. Morris water maze method was used to observe the change of learning and memory in mice. Results Zinc deficiency could significantly reduce learning and memory in AD mice.Conclusions Zinc deficiency can significantly reduce the learning and memory ability of AD mice. The mechanism of its action may be related to the reduction of the level of zinc ion in the body.
