西瓜霜喷剂与西地碘含片治疗口腔溃疡疗效比较的Meta分析

Comparative effect of watermelon frost spray versus Cydiodine Buccal Tablets in treatment of oral ulcer by Meta analysis

目的系统评价西瓜霜喷剂与西地碘含片两种药物治疗口腔溃疡临床效果的比较。方法计算机检索中文科技期刊全文数据库、中国期刊全文数据库和万方数字化期刊全文数据库中比较西瓜霜喷剂和西地碘含片两种药物治疗口腔溃疡的随机对照试验(RCT),按照jadad评分量表评价纳入研究的文献质量,并使用RevMan5.3软件对纳入研究的文献进行Meta分析。结果纳入符合条件的17个RCT,共1627例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与西地碘含片组相比,西瓜霜喷剂组能够提高总有效率[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.16,1.25),P<0.000 01]及减少复发率[RR=0.26,95%CI(0.14,0.49),P<0.000 01],其差异均有统计学意义。仅4个研究报告了不良反应情况,均无报告不良反应发生。结论现有研究可以表明,西瓜霜喷剂治疗口腔溃疡优于西地碘含片,且安全性良好。但由于纳入文献的质量低、数量少,还需要加入更多高质量、多样本、设计严谨和执行严格的随机对照试验验证其疗效及安全性。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Watermelon frost spray versus Cydiodine Tablets in treatment of oral ulcer. Methods VIP,CNKI and WANFANG MED ONLINE were searched for the randomized controlled trials(RCTs） of Watermelon frost spray versus Cydiodine Tablets in treatment of oral ulcer.The quality of the included studies was assessed by Jadad scale,and a meta-analysis was carried out on the included studies with RevMan 5. 3 software. Results The seventeen RCTs were included,involving 1,627 patients.The results of meta-analyses showed that compared with Cydiodine Tablets,Watermelon frost spray could increase the total effective rate by 1.20 times(RR = 1.20,95% CI 1.61 to 1.25,P〈0.000 01） and decrease the recurrence rate(RR = 0. 26,95% CI 0. 14 to 0. 49）,P〈0. 000 01）,with significant differences. Only 4 RCTs mentioned adverse events,but no adverse events were reported. Conclusions The current evidence can show that Watermelon frost spray is superior to Cydiodine Tablets in treatment of oral ulcer,and the safety is satisfactory as well. However,the included studies is limited in quantity and poor in quality,and therefore more RCTs with high quality,multi-sample rational design and strict execution are needed to validate its efficacy and safety.
