中脑黑质结构的断层解剖和磁共振成像对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的对比观察断层解剖和磁共振成像对中脑黑质结构的显示能力。方法对6例成人湿性头颅标本行磁共振检查后断层解剖,对照10名健康活体成人磁共振扫描,观察正常人黑质结构的形态及磁共振信号特点。结果黑质内部结构的观察以横断层最佳。与断层解剖相对比,中脑黑质在T2加权像中可清晰显示,T1加权像中显示欠佳,在SWI加权像中可清晰显示中脑黑质的致密部及网状部。结论磁共振横断面SWI加权像是显示中脑黑质的最佳方法。 Objective To compare the displaying ability of sectional anatomy and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) for substantia nigra in midbrain. Methods Six adult cadaveric heads were examined by MRI and corresponding sectional anatomy. Another 10 healthy subjects were also examined by MRI. The morphology and signal characteristics in MRI of substantia nigra were observed. Results The transverse plane was the best place to show the internal structure of substantia nigra. The substantia nigra was displayed clearly in T2 WI,but was poor displayed in T1 WI. The dense part and reticular part of substantia nigra was displayed clearly in SWI.Conclusions The SWI in transverse plane is the best choice to show the substantia nigra in MRI.
