无缝护理在腹腔镜直肠癌Miles术患者中的应用研究

Analysis of application effect of seamless care in rectal cancer patients with Miles surgery under laparoscope

目的探讨无缝护理在腹腔镜下直肠癌Miles术患者中的应用效果。方法选择本院2014年5月—2017年5月收治的100例行腹腔镜下直肠癌Miles术的患者,随机分成无缝护理组、常规组,每组50例。结果无缝护理组在术后胃肠功能恢复时间、术后下床时间、进流质食物时间以及住院时间均低于常规组,无缝护理组在术前1天、术后10天心理上的焦虑状态明显轻于常规组,同样,两组患者在满意度方面也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下直肠癌Miles术患者采用无缝护理,可显著提高疗效,降低并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the application effect of seamless care in rectal cancer patients with Miles surgery under laparoscope. Methods 100 cases of rectal cancer that were operated Miles surgery under laparoscope from May 2014 to May 2017,were selected and randomly divided into seamless care group and conventional group,50 cases in each group. Results Recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative eating liquid food time and hospitalization time of seamless care group were lower than those of the conventional group. The anxiety Psychology of seamless care group on one day before surgery,ten days after operation significantly lower than the conventional group. At the same time,There was also significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups of patients(P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions The application of seamless care in rectal cancer patients with Miles surgery under laparoscope can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
