江苏打造长江经济带多式联运集聚区

Construction of Yangtze River Economic Belt Multimodal Transport Agglomerations in Jiangsu Province

围绕长江经济带“生态优先、绿色发展”核心理念，江苏加快发展铁水、江海等联运形式。有效推动了货运物流节能减排、降本增效。本文在总结分析集聚区相关概念的基础上。针对江苏沿江地区产业、交通集聚发展特征，提出打造江苏长江经济带多式联运集聚区的发展构想，并从国家、区域、省域等多个视角阐述了这一构想的重大意义。

Focusing on the core concept of ＂ecological priority and environment-friendly development＂ in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, Jiangsu Province has accelerated the development of multimodal transport forms such as rail-water intermodal transport, river-and-sea coordinated transport, which has effectively promoted energy emission, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement of freight and logistics. On the basis of summarizing the related concepts of industry cluster and analyzing the characteristics of industrial and transportation development along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, the idea of developing Jiangsu Yangtze River Economic Belt multimodal transport agglomerations is proposed. Meanwhile, the fundamental significance of this idea is discussed from the multiple perspectives., like country, area, province and so ong.
