摘要
我国煤炭生产地与消费地之间存在着空间差异,从而产生了煤炭调运需求,煤炭调运也一直是我国煤炭运输业的重要课题。本文以煤炭调运系统中所有消费地煤炭调运所支出的运输费用最小为目标,构建了多式联运组织下基于路径的煤炭运输网络分配优化模型及相应的求解算法。以我国内地煤炭调运问题为案例,分析了多式联运下我国的煤炭运输格局,研究了不同价格机制下的分配结果。结果表明,与线性动态价格相比,S型动态价格机制下的铁路、水运周转量变化程度均较小。S型动态价格机制下的运输方案更有利于控制铁路周转量,使煤炭运输方案更能适应社会经济环境等因素的变化,具有更好的稳定性。
There're spatial differences between China's coal production areas and consumption areas, and this leads to the demand for coal transportation which has also been an important issue in China's coal transportation industry. This paper constructs a route-based coal transportation network distribution optimization model aiming at minimizing the coal transportation cost of all consumption areas under the mode of multimodal transport, and designs a corresponding algorithm. China's coal transportation in the interior was taken as a case to study the coal transportation layout under multimodal transport, and the distribution results under different price mechanisms were studied. The results show that the turnovers of railway and water transport under the S-type dynamic pricing mechanism are less than those under the linear dynamic pricing mechanism. The transport scheme under the S-type dynamic pricing mechanism is more conducive to controlling the railway turnover, making the coal transportation program more adaptable to the changes of socio-economic environment and other factors with better stability.
