摘要
本文运用超效率DEA模型对中国运输航空驾驶学员飞行训练基地的全要素训练效率进行了综合评价,并利用DEA-Malmquist指数模型对飞行训练基地的动态效率及其分解进行了分析,研究结果表明4个训练基地的效率普遍很高,有些训练基地效率波动较大;4个训练基地平均全要素训练效率(TFP)、技术进步指数(Techch)和技术效率变化指数(Effch)都有所提高;其中训练基地1的全要素生产率变化的增长率几乎为零,而其余训练基地的全要素生产率变化的增长较快。
This paper evaluated the training efficiencies of Chinese air transport pilot student training bases by calculating the total factor efficiency value using super- DEA model. A DEA-Malmquist Index model was used to analyze the pilot training bases' dynamic efficiency change and the decomposition of the index. The results indicated that the efficiency of four training bases were generally high. Over the study period, the total factor productivity (TFP), the technique change index (Techch) and the technique efficiency change index (Effch) all kept improving. The efficiency of some bases fluctuated significantly. The total factor productivity of Training base 1 barely improved; while that of the others improved faster relatively.
