一带一路背景下的B型保税物流中心布局研究

Study on Layout of Bonded Logistics Centre(type B) under the Belt and Road Initiative

2013年9月“一带一路”战略提出后，我国与沿线各国之间的贸易往来日渐密切。中国各省（市、区）对“一带一路”沿线国家的出口，是“贸易畅通、资金融通”等的主要内容。B型保税物流中心保作为进出口的重要门户，对于保障物流畅通有着重要的意义。本文取2013年之后批准设立的、位于国家“一带”和“一路”的城市的B保，从地域分布、交通枢纽、规划面积和货物种类等方面分别对其布局特点进行总结，归纳出三类布局形式，并对未来“一带”和“一路”地区的B保内部布局提出建议。

China has closer trade relationship between countries of the Belt and the Road region after the creative initiative proposed in September, 2013. The bonded logistics center （type B） is an important link to guarantee the unblocked trade relationship as a major gateway of import and export. This paper mainly studies on the bonded logistics center （type B） set up in the Belt region and the Road region after initiative proposed from several perspectives, and come up to a conclusion that the layout can be summarized as three types, which contributes to the layout design of bonded logistics center （type B） in the future in two regions.
