城市公交服务水平探析——以合肥市为例

Analysis of Urban Bus Service Level——A Case of Hefei City, Anhui Province

公交具有能源消耗低、环境污染小、运载量大、运输成本低等优点。面对城市数量庞大的公交车辆,如何有效地对其进行调度,从而满足乘客需求,缓解交通拥堵、环境污染、道路资源配置不合理等问题成为城市智能公交系统面对的一个重要挑战。本文基于合肥市实地采集的公交数据,以四个维度分析合肥公交服务水平,结合实地调查情况,探析其不足及影响因素,提出建议,以期能够为提高城市公交服务水平提供参考借鉴。

Bus has the advantages of low energy consumption, lower environmental pollution, large carrying capacity, high transportation efficiency and low transportation cost. In the face of a large number of urban buses, how to dispatch them effectively to meet the needs of passengers, and then to alleviate traffic congestion, environmental pollution and irrational allocation of road resources have become an important issue for urban bus system. Based on the bus data collected from Hefei City, this paper analyzes the service level of Hefei Bus in four dimensions. Combining with the actual investigation, this paper analyzes its shortcomings and influencing factors and puts forward suggestions to improve the level of urban bus services for reference.
