摘要
激素在蜜蜂等昆虫的变态发育过程中起着重要作用。其中,蜕皮激素和保幼激素是调控蜜蜂变态发育中十分重要的两种激素。蜕皮激素通过其受体ecr/usp诱导br-c等早期反应基因表达后调节蜜蜂生长发育、变态和生殖等许多方面;保幼激素作为"维持现状"激素和"行为起搏器"在蜜蜂生长发育中也起着关键作用。本文主要就蜕皮激素和保幼激素在蜜蜂中的具体作用进行讲述。
Hormones play an important role in metamorphosis of bees and other insects. Ecdysone and juvenile hormone are two important hormones that regulate bee's metamorphosis development. Ecdysone modulates the growth, development, metamorphosis and reproduction of bees and other insects through its receptor ecr/usp induced expression of early response genes such as br-c. Juvenile hormone also plays a key role in bee's growth and development as a "maintaining status" hormone and "behavior pacemaker". In this paper, the specific role of ecdysone and juvenile hormone was described in honeybees.
