Differences in the Components of Propolis from Three Different Habitats

采用紫外分光光度法对马来西亚、巴西、中国3种不同产地的33个蜂胶样品的总酚、黄酮、萜类含量进行检测并进行聚类分析,结果表明不同产地蜂胶3类成分含量有明显差异,中国蜂胶以高含量的总酚和黄酮为特征,高萜类含量是马来西亚无刺蜂蜂胶的特征,而巴西绿蜂胶3类成分含量较为均衡。聚类分析可以将3地蜂胶加以区分,其中萜类的聚类分析可以明确将马来西亚蜂胶、巴西绿蜂胶和中国蜂胶加以区分。

The contents of total phenol, total flavonoids and terpenoids from 33 propolis samples of Malaysia, Brazil and China were determined by speetrophotometry and cluster analysis was carried out. The results showed that the contents of propolis from different habitats were significantly different. Chinese propolis was characterized by high content of total phenol and flavonoids, high terpene content was the characteristic of Malaysian propolis, and the content of three components of Brazilian propolis was more balanced. By cluster analysis, three different propolis can be distinguished, and the terpene content cluster analysis can clearly distinguish Malaysian propolis, Brazilian green propolis and Chinese propolis.
