弱碱性环境下马尾松溶解浆的洗涤效果研究

摘要 主要研究马尾松硫酸盐法未漂溶解浆在四段逆流加碱洗涤过程中,加碱量、浆浓以及洗涤时间的变化对未漂溶解浆卡伯值的影响。结果表明:增加洗涤时浆浓和延长洗涤时间对降低未漂溶解浆的卡伯值是有利的;洗涤时,适当加入碱液对于降低未漂溶解浆的卡伯值有十分明显的效果。正交实验结果表明:最佳的加碱洗涤方式为:Ⅰ段洗涤加碱1%、Ⅱ段洗涤不加碱、Ⅲ段洗涤加碱1%、Ⅳ段洗涤加碱0.5%;每段温度控制在80℃、时间2 min即可。 In this paper, the effects of the alkali consumption, inlet-consistency of pulps, washing time, etc., on the washing cleanliness during the countercurrent washing process of masson pine dissolving pulp have been investigated deeply. The results showed that with increase of the inlet-consistency of pulp and extending the washing time are good for cleaning the pulps, its kappa number could be decreased. Besides, adding amounts of alkali in washing water can decrease the kappa number of pulps. The results of orthogonal experiments indicates that the best washing process factors are that the addition of alkali in Ⅰ stage, Ⅱ stage, Ⅲ stage and Ⅳ stage should be fitted at 1.0%, 0%, 1.0% and 0.5%, respectively.
