摘要
饮用水的安全问题直接影响人们的身体健康,目前对饮用水进行大规模的消毒处理技术日趋成熟,但针对突发事件时人们的应急饮水及分散居住的农牧民日常饮水的灭菌消毒技术和方法相对缺乏。因此,急需开发一种适用于饮用水消毒灭菌处理的便携式、即用型抗菌材料。相对于传统抗菌材料(试剂),金属纳米材料具有广谱、快速的杀菌性能,并且具有较好的生物相容性,可用作饮用水的杀菌剂。但是,如何制备分散性能良好、能够稳定吸附在过滤材料且溶出的金属离子低于国家标准的金属纳米颗粒及水处理滤材是亟需解决的突出问题之一。针对以上问题,本课题利用阳离子聚合物聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为稳定剂和吸附剂,将纳米氧化铜固定在普通滤纸纤维表面,制备了即用型抗菌滤纸,解决快速杀菌、稳定纳米金属颗粒以及防止金属离子溶出量超标的问题。
The safety of drinking water has a direct impact on people's health. Now the large-scale disinfection technology for drinking water is becoming more mature. It is an urgent need for cheap point-of-use methods to purify smaU-scale drinking water for emergency response foUowing disasters. Compared with the traditional antibacterial materials, the metal nanomaterials have broad spectrum, rapid bactericidal performance and good biocompatibility, so they could be a bactericide for drinking water. However, it is one of the most important problems to be solved that how to prepare the metal nanomaterials with good dispersion performance, which can be adsorbed on the filter material and the dissolved metal ions are lower than the national standards. We used cationic polymer polyethyleneimine (PEI) as a stabilizer to prepare CuONPs and they were immobilized on the surface of filter papers, then the antibacterial filter papers were prepared, which was able to rapidly sterilizing and fix the metal nanoparticles.
