本文根据我国政府和市场的关系转变,从标准化法的法制历程说起,介绍了新《标准化法》的修订原则、重要突破和尚待解决的问题。

In this paper, the revision principle, important breakthrough and issues to be solved about the new Standardization Law are introduced from transition of the relationship between the government and the market and the process of legislation of the Standardization Law.
