Quality is the lifeline for the survival and development of enterprises. Strengthening quality management is the fundamental guarantee for enterprises to improve their competitiveness and expand their market. This paper hriefly analyzes the current situation of the quality management of small enterprises in the underdeveloped areas, and makes some simple discussions on the ways to improve the quality management of small enterprises.
