核电站环行起重机轮压时程分析 被引量:1

摘要 地震状态下核电站环行起重机大车轮压的时间历程对核电站环行起重机水平隔震装置的设计极为重要,为得到准确的轮压时程,建立了核电站环行起重机竖直振动的线性化模型,分析了影响轮压的关键参数。建立了安全壳和核电站环行起重机的Abaqus有限元模型,并对不同起升高度的模型进行分析,仿真结果证明起升高度越大,轮压放大系数越大。 Time history of cart wheel pressure of ring rail crane for nuclear power station during earthquakes is of paramount importance to the design of horizontal isolation device for the crane. To obtain accurate time history of wheel pressure, a linearized model is established for the crane in the case of vertical vibration to analyze key parameters affecting wheel pressure. In addition, Abaqus finite element models are established for containment and the crane, and the models are analyzed at different lifting heights. The simulation proves that the higher the crane lifts, the greater the amplification factor of wheel pressure is.
