摘要
介绍散料港口常用生产工序及港口全自动应用概况。比较散料堆场中堆料机回转连续堆料法、回转步进堆料法、人字形大车连续堆料法、大车步进堆料法、大车横行堆料法等堆料方式的实现及特点。综合比较得出:回转步进堆料法在场地利用、节能以及便于取料方面,均具有优势。重点论述堆料机全自动回转步进堆料法的堆料工艺及激光扫描器实时料高检测实现方法。
The paper introduces the common production process in bulk material port and the application of full-automation in port. Stacking modes used in bulk material stockyard including rotary continuous stacking with stacker, rotary stepping stacking, continuous stacking with herringbone cart, stepping stacking with cart and lateral stacking with cart are compared in implementation methods and characteristics. Comprehensive comparisons prove that rotary stepping stacking method enjoys advantages over other modes in site utilization, energy conservation and material fetching. The paper mainly focus on describing the stacking process of full-automatic rotary stepping stacking with stacker and the method of real-time material height detection with laser scanner.
