摘要
俯仰式钢桥在内河码头应用较为广泛,此类钢桥通过铰轴系统旋转使其俯仰来实现桥梁开闭功能。该铰轴系统的制造精度直接影响整座钢桥俯仰时的稳定性。文中对铰点段桁架制造工艺进行研究,通过合理分段、变形控制、精度控制等方法,解决了制作难度大、精度要求高等难题,实现了高质量制造。
Pitching steel bridge is widely used at inland river wharf. Its opening and closing rely on a hinge shaft system which allows bridge pitching through rotation. Manufacturing precision of the hinge shaft system directly affects the stability of the entire steel bridge during pitching. The paper intends to look into the manufacturing process of hinge section truss and recommends methods such as reasonable segmentation, deformation control and precision control to overcome difficulties in manufacturing and reach the required precision, thus ensuring high quality.
