摘要
随着国内高铁高速发展和建设,相关架梁施工设备也在不断变化。目前,架梁设备结构复杂多样,且规格和承载越来越大,检测的要求也愈加严格,常规A超检测越发难以满足现场检测的要求,而相控阵技术因其具有声束自动偏转、位移、聚焦、工件仿真及声束模拟等功能在各行各业广受推崇。为此,文中通过在架梁设备上进行试验验证及现场应用,验证了相控阵技术在架梁设备检测中应用的可行性。
With the rapid development of high-speed railways in China, relevant girder-erecting equipment has undergone great changes. Current girder-erecting equipment is complex and diverse in structure and increasingly large with greater bearing capacity. Moreover, its inspection requirements are more stringent, and conventional A-ultrasonic testing is unable to meet the needs of field testing. However, phased array technology with the functions of automatic sound beam deflection, displacement, focusing, workpiece simulation and sound beam simulation is very popular among many industries. Therefore, the technology is tested on girder-erecting equipment and used on site, proving that the technology is feasible for the inspection of girder-erecting equipment.
