摘要
文章总结了徐白仑先生及其金钥匙视障教育研究中心为特殊教育国际化所作的民间努力。金钥匙视障教育研究中心主要通过视障儿童教育项目的国际合作、中外视障教育的实地考察、国际学术交流、设立国际助学金与奖学金、国际宣传与联络活动等形式进行特殊教育的国际合作与交流,以维护特殊儿童平等受教育权的志愿精神为核心凝聚国际资源,采用引进创生模式开展金钥匙视障儿童随班就读实践,以灵活的多向度国际交流合作争取最广泛的社会支持。
This paper summarizes the efforts in internationalizing special education by Mr. Xu Bailun and the Golden Key Education Research Centre for Special Education. The study found that the research centre carried out international cooperation and exchange mainly through international cooperation project of visually impaired children' s education, fieldwork of domestic and international education for the visually impaired, international academic exchanges, the establishment of the international fellowships and scholarships, international publicity and liaison activities and other forms. It has formed the core volunteering spirit of safeguarding special children' s equal fight to receive education to condense international resources ; it adopts the introductioncreation model to carry out the study practice of visually impaired children learning in regular class; and strives for the widest social support with flexible international exchange and cooperation.
