残疾儿童少年随班就读是适应当今特殊教育发展的时代选择。当前残疾儿童少年随班就读存在发展方式粗放、水平偏低,随班就读被排斥和制度建设不到位,以及投入不足制约教育质量提高等问题。为此,应完善随班就读政策与制度,强化随班就读顶层设计;协调整合多部门组织和社会参与,加强随班就读综合治理;强化政府公共服务,建立随班就读质量标准体系和问责制度。
