摘要 残疾儿童少年随班就读是适应当今特殊教育发展的时代选择。当前残疾儿童少年随班就读存在发展方式粗放、水平偏低,随班就读被排斥和制度建设不到位,以及投入不足制约教育质量提高等问题。为此,应完善随班就读政策与制度,强化随班就读顶层设计;协调整合多部门组织和社会参与,加强随班就读综合治理;强化政府公共服务,建立随班就读质量标准体系和问责制度。 Disabled children are selected to adapt to the special education development trend. At present, disabled children have extensive development mode and low level of development, and they are excluded from the class and the system construction is not in place, and the lack of investment restricts the quality improvement of education. So we should improve the policy and system of studying in class, and strengthen the top-level design of the class. To coordinate and integrate muhi-sectoral organizations and social participation to strengthen the comprehensive management of the classes ; We will strengthen government public services and establish a quality standard system and accountability system.
