摘要
文章在参考国内外相关立法的基础上,从政策学视角对支持性就业进行分析,围绕残障人士支持性就业中竞争性工作、融合性环境、提供持续的支持三个核心要素,为我国残障人士支持性就业政策的完善提供参考性建议,以促进我国残障人士支持性就业的进一步发展。
Support employment is based on the concept of "rights"," quality" and "support", which provides an important way for disabilities to break down the environment, integrate into the normal society and have a meaningful life in the society. In our country, support employment already has a certain legal and policy basis, but still encountered some barriers in practice, such as employment discrimination, incomplete employment facilities, can' t provide continue job support. Based on the relevant legislation at home and abroad, this paper has analysis those barriers in the policy perspective. At last, this paper provides some recommendations to promote the further development of supportive employment policy of disabilities in our country.
