关于正向行为支持理念下培智班班级管理问题的思考 被引量:1

摘要 面对学生行为问题高发的培智班课堂,传统的行为矫正策略往往治标不治本,甚至会对学生造成负面影响,而正向行为支持技术则是通过增进学生正向行为来解决学生的行为问题,在培智班班级管理中具有普遍的应用价值。通过采用营造正向班级气氛、建立班级规则公约、合理规划教室环境、加强日常教学管理、重视学生自我管理等基于正向行为支持的介入措施,可以有效预防培智班学生行为问题的发生,从而创造一个正向积极的学习环境,让学生有最佳的学业和行为表现。 In the face of high incidence of behavior problems in special education class for the developmental disability,traditional behavior modification strategies are often palliatives. It can even have a negative impact on students. Positive behavior support technology can change students' behavior problems by enhancing students positive behavior. So,it can be widely used in class management of special education class for the developmental disability. Many strategies based on positive behavior support can prevent student behavior problems. For example,the teachers should create a positive class atmosphere,establish a class convention,reasonably plan the classroom environment,strengthen the management of daily teaching,and pay attention to autonomy management.In this way,we can create a positive learning environment for students to have the best academic and behavioral performance.
